We usually use FedEx DHL UPS USPS or Surepost to ship orders.
👉Shipping Time
Ship to United States: 2-5 working days
Ship to Canada: 2-5 working days
Ship to United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy: 3-7 working days
Ship to South Africa: 4-9 working days
Ship to other countries: 5-10 working days
*We CANNOT ship the orders to a PO Box.
👉Shipping Fee
It's FREE shipping over $69.
If your delivery location is in the remote area list of the couriers companies, an extra fee will be charged. We will contact you by email. For the remote area, you may need to pay extra $20-$30.
👉Custom Duties
We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs tax or duties. So you are responsible for all applicable customs, duties. Taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country’s customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country.
Address Change
If you want to change your shipping address after order is shipped out, you are responsible for the surcharges. The detailed surcharges depend on the carrier.
*If you are not available when delivery, packages will be redelivered 3 times, or be kept in a local facility for 5 working days. When it is overdue and still can't contact you, the package will be destroyed or shipped back, we are not responsible for any extra costs incurred.
